Self-sufficient and flexible TA consultants
Our experienced TA consultants can quickly adapt to your organization, whether it’s about strengthening an existing team or building an entirely new TA function from scratch.
We step in where the need exists—either as part of an existing team, following your established processes, KPIs, systems, etc., or as the ones responsible for creating and implementing a brand-new recruitment function. With rates ranging from approximately 800 to 1200 SEK per hour, we offer flexible and cost-effective solutions to meet your recruitment challenges.

In essence, our process is about finding and attracting the right people, knowing how to choose the right candidate, and simultaneously building a structure with the right tools set up to continuously develop and improve.
When the framework is in place, you can expect the following:

- Role setup, including everything from job requirements, ads, process, interview questions, assessment guide
- Relevant KPIs that are easy to track
- ATS (e.g., Teamtailor), tailored for you with automations, templates, and structure

Packaging and pricing
Light – 79,000 SEK
0-2 recruitments per year – Focused on low cost.
You manage the recruitment yourself while getting much more value from external collaborations. Included: career page, role setup, recruitment process, system setup with templates, automations, simple reporting, playbook, and free support.
Medium – 99,000 SEK
2+ recruitments per year – Focused on long-term scalability.
Includes everything from the Light package but with significantly more automation and easier reporting in Teamtailor (system cost not included). Ideal for companies with ongoing recruitment needs that don’t want to start from scratch every time.
Large – 149,000 SEK
Master modern recruitment – Get the most out of the Grooo Framework.
Includes everything in the Medium package, plus ongoing follow-up and review of your recruitment processes and KPIs over the course of a year. We analyze, evaluate, and provide continuous improvement suggestions, ensuring your recruitment aligns with your set guidelines. Can also be combined with discounted training in areas like testing, interview techniques, or sourcing.

Our history
Constantly evolving
Grooo was founded in 2010 under the name Stockholm Headhunting. During that time, headhunting, or sourcing in recruitment, was innovative and something that was mainly done in manager recruitment.
Since then, we have continued to challenge the industry with new methods and data-driven thinking, and often far beyond Stockholm’s borders.
In 2019, we therefore chose to change our name to Grooo, a name with growth in focus, which reflects our origins and aims for the world instead of Stockholm alone.
Our promise is to continue to develop the industry with technology, creativity and lots of love.
